Elaine Gennery

Elaine is based in Limerick and has over 15 years experience in Senior Human Resources Management positions in a range of industries in Ireland and the U.K.  She has worked in all the key areas of Human Resources Management and has in-depth experience in Interviewing, Recruitment and 1-1 Career Coaching.  She has managed major recruitment programmes and has assessed and appointed individuals to the most senior levels within organisations.   She holds 'inside' knowledge into the technical and psychological processes underlying many of today’s recruitment and selection procedures.  She has an MSc in Career Management and Counselling from the University of London, a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland (CIPD) as well as Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing (Level A & Level B) from the British Psychological Society.

Karen Gray

Karen Gray is based in Kildare and after a scientific start to her career in materials research, she moved through a variety of senior level commercial, recruitment, financial and brand marketing roles within blue chip companies and entrepreneurial environments.  Career consultancy builds on her marketing professionalism and is underpinned by the strong belief that a complete understanding of one's own strengths and interests is the key to differentiating oneself in career terms and to securing the desired work and career.  She has an MSc in Career Management and Counselling from the University of London, an M.A. Hons from the Oxford University and a CIM Diploma in Marketing.  She also holds Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing (Level A & Level B) from the British Psychological Society.
